We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—sparking interest, building trust, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to leads using scripts and CRM tools
• Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
• Set appointments or transfer hot leads to the sales team
• Handle objections with professionalism and confidence
• Keep accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads over time
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (required)
• Clear, friendly, and confident speaking voice in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Experience with CRM systems and calling platforms (e.g. Mojo, CallTools, Aircall)
• Able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward
We’re looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support executive-level leadership. This role requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
• Screen and respond to emails, calls, and messages
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Assist with project management and task follow-up
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
• Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
