Costs can vary widely depending on the assistant’s location, experience, and the complexity of tasks. Rates can be hourly, per task, or a fixed monthly fee. These costs are agreed upon hiring, and a one month deposit is required to begin.
SMART MOVE VA provides an electronic contract that agrees to confidentiality terms. We guarantee privacy and security. We are also open to signing an NDA when agents need to log into direct social media networks to provide peace of mind to you!
We do it for you! You will be delivered a folder full of hand-picked candidates to best suit you. Then, you will have the opportunity to talk to each one in an interview with your dedicated Project Manager.
Communicate your concerns clearly to your dedicated Project Manager. We will provide solutions and implementations. If issues persist, it may be necessary to reevaluate the arrangement or seek a different assistant, which we will do for you! SMART MOVE VA has a 100% performance guaranteed policy. If you are unsatisfied with your agent’s performance, we will replace and retrain ON THE HOUSE up to 15 hours of training.
